Widow of L.A. County sheriff's deputy killed in grenade blast files wrongful death lawsuit

The widow of an L.A. County sheriff's deputy killed in a grenade explosion at a training facility has filed a wrongful death lawsuit. The lawsuit claims unsafe practices caused the incident, which also resulted in two additional deaths.
