Fort Simpson, N.W.T. lifts evacuation order, residents scheduled to begin returning Saturday

Fort Simpson in the Northwest Territories has lifted its evacuation order, allowing residents to begin returning home via ferry starting at 8 a.m. on Saturday, July 18.
