All evacuation orders lifted in O.C. chemical crisis. Threat is over, officials say

All evacuation orders in Orange County have been lifted after officials confirmed there is no remaining danger of a chemical tank explosion. Approximately 50,000 evacuees are now safe to return to their homes.
