Troopers use ‘boxing’ tactic to stop runaway electric vehicle on highway

Nevada State Police used a 'boxing' tactic to stop a runaway electric vehicle on the 215 Beltway in Las Vegas after it accelerated uncontrollably to 90 mph. The driver called 911, and troopers coordinated with agencies to clear traffic and bring the vehicle to a controlled stop with no injuries.
