Basabe’s 2024 resignation pledge resurfaces after jury finds him liable for sexual harassment, battery
A video from State Representative Fabian Basabe, in which he pledged to resign if allegations against him were proven, has resurfaced after a civil jury found him liable for sexual harassment and battery. Basabe, who represented himself during the trial, was awarded $450,000 in damages to two former staffers and did not address his resignation pledge when contacted by Local 10 News.
