Florida State Rep. Fabián Basabe found liable for alleged sexual harassment against intern, aide

A judge found Florida State Rep. Fabián Basabe liable for sexual assault and defamation after an intern and an aide alleged he groped them. Basabe will pay damages between $75,000 and $100,000 and represented himself in court without calling witnesses.
