Taco Bell removing lettuce nationwide linked to cyclosporiasis in 5 states

The CDC linked a cyclosporiasis outbreak in five states to shredded iceberg lettuce from Taco Bell restaurants. Taco Bell plans to remove the lettuce from its supply chain nationwide and replace it within 24 hours in select states. The CDC has confirmed over 1,600 cases across 34 states, with nearly 150 hospitalizations but no deaths reported.
