Taco Bell removing lettuce nationwide linked to cyclosporiasis in 5 states

The CDC linked a cyclosporiasis outbreak in five states to shredded iceberg lettuce from Taco Bell restaurants. Taco Bell announced it would remove the lettuce nationwide and replace it within 24 hours in select states. Over 1,600 cases have been confirmed across 34 states, with nearly 150 hospitalizations reported.
