Shia body urges govt. to secure release of detained Indian Muslims in Gulf countries

The All India Shia Personal Law Board's general secretary, Maulana Yasoob Abbas, has urged the Indian government to secure the release of detained Indian Muslims in Gulf countries through diplomatic efforts. The Board submitted a memorandum to PM Narendra Modi requesting diplomatic engagement with the governments of the countries concerned to ensure their safety.
