Jinsei Motto Sushi Brings Live-Fire Cooking To Former Testaccio Space In Logan Square

Jinsei Motto Sushi, a Chicago-based sushi restaurant known for dry-aged seafood and live-fire cooking, has opened in Logan Square at the former Testaccio location. Owner Patrick Bouaphanh expanded the concept from its West Loop partnership with CH Distillery, now offering a new space with a wood-fire oven, bar, and expanded menu items like wood-fired edamame and aged steak.
