95 Apartments Could Replace Commercial Building Next To Uptown’s Chase Park

Raftery Construction proposes a six-story apartment complex with 95 units and 7,600 square feet of commercial space at 4730 N. Clark St. in Uptown, adjacent to Chase Park. The project includes 19 affordable housing units and plans to convert part of an alley into public green space, pending a zoning change request to Ald. Matt Martin.
