A $20 million renovation project is underway at 440 South Church, a 15-story office tower in Uptown. Trinity Capital Advisors and Town Lane acquired the building in October 2025 and are overhauling its lobbies, tenant amenities, and common areas. The building was originally developed by Trinity Capital in 2009.
