A mid-30s individual working in a specialized field fell victim to a scam after receiving a text about urgent hospital test results. The scam involved a paid phone call costing 9€, which the person later realized was unrelated to their actual blood test results. They expressed disappointment in themselves despite acknowledging the financial loss was minor.
