Two charged in fatal east Charlotte shooting
Two individuals, Cornelius Lamar Butler and Lashaundra Jackson, have been charged in connection with the fatal shooting of Corey Barnard in east Charlotte. Butler faces first-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a felon charges, while Jackson is charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
