Canada's PM Carney says Gordie Howe bridge tolls won't be split with U.S. until the $6.4B of debt is repaid

Canada's Prime Minister Mark Carney stated that tolls from the Gordie Howe International Bridge will not be split with the U.S. until the $6.4 billion Canadian debt is repaid. He clarified the agreement includes splitting net revenues with the U.S. for 15 years.
