A 2026 poll of Michigan Democratic voters shows Jocelyn Benson leading Chris Swanson 71.7% to 11.9% in the gubernatorial primary. Benson has significantly higher name recognition (88.9%) and favorability (69.5%) compared to Swanson (48.5% name recognition, 15.0% favorability). The survey, conducted by The Glengariff Group, Inc., had a 500-sample size with a 4.4% margin of error.
