French deal with Ukraine starts out with a whimper, not a bang
France and Ukraine have agreed on a defense deal involving billions of Euros in purchases of French weapons systems, including SCALP/Storm Shadow missiles, Aster 30 interceptors, and AASM glide bombs. The deal includes licenses for Ukraine to produce these systems.
