Reckless motorcycle rider caught after 130 mph Fourth of July run
A motorcycle rider was caught speeding at 130 mph on the Fourth of July in Orange County after evading a California Highway Patrol commander. Officers used the CHP Air Unit's Air-51 to track and apprehend the reckless driver.
