VIDEO: Motorcyclist going 130 mph on Southern California freeway arrested

A motorcyclist was arrested for exceeding 130 mph on the 5 Freeway in Orange County, Southern California, as reported by the California Highway Patrol. The CHP commander used a fixed-wing aircraft to spot the red motorcycle traveling over 100 mph on the northbound side of the 5 Freeway.
