South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster is expected to announce a replacement for U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham, who died unexpectedly on Sunday at 71 from an aortic tear. President Donald Trump suggested appointing Graham's sister, Darline Graham Nordone. A special election will be held in August to choose a new Republican nominee for the Senate seat.
