Gov. McMaster to announce Sen. Graham’s replacement
South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster will appoint an interim senator to fill the vacancy left by the death of U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham. President Donald Trump recommended Graham’s sister, Darline Graham Nordone, for the role. The state will hold a GOP primary on Aug. 11 to select a candidate for the November election.
