Parents arrested after 6 children left in hot car parked outside restaurant, police say
A mother and father in Kansas were arrested after leaving their six children, aged 7 months to 13 years, unattended in a hot car outside a restaurant. The children were left for 20 to 30 minutes during extreme heat, leading to their removal into protective custody. The parents face six counts of aggravated child endangerment.
