Man left 5-year-old inside locked, hot car in Coconut Creek, police say

A man is facing child neglect charges after leaving his 5-year-old niece locked inside a hot car for nearly an hour in Coconut Creek. A witness called 911 after seeing the child crying and banging on the windows, and police confirmed the child was alone in the vehicle for about 50 minutes.
