Supreme Court mulls larger Bench reference in Meghalaya honeymoon murder case

The Supreme Court is considering referring the Meghalaya honeymoon murder case to a larger Bench. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta questioned if a typographical error in a statutory section cited in an arrest memo could invalidate the arrest and grant bail.
