City Plans ‘Donut’-Prevention Curb at Lincoln and Orange Grove Intersection

The Pasadena Department of Transportation plans to install a 'donut'-prevention curb at the Lincoln Avenue and Orange Grove Boulevard intersection to deter drivers from spinning in circles. The pilot project involves a plastic raised curb, also called left-turn hardening or hardened centerline treatment, following resident inquiries.
