Tamil Nadu CM Vijay inaugurates a two-day training programme for MLAs. Former Assembly Secretaries and officials will train the MLAs on the Assembly's Rules of Procedure and government department functions. Speaker J.C.D. Prabhakar highlighted that 146 MLAs are first-time legislators, many of whom are young.
