Supreme Court agrees to weigh in on case over rights of some in ‘prolonged’ ICE detention

The U.S. Supreme Court will review a case involving the prolonged detention of noncitizens with criminal records, specifically whether they are entitled to bond hearings. The case, Genalo v.
