Budget Proposal Restores Health Programs, Funds Homeless Shelter Reserve and Expands Parking Enforcement

The City Council is expected to adopt the Fiscal Year 2027 operating budget, which restores public health programs, establishes a $2 million reserve for a year-round homeless shelter, and transitions parking enforcement services in-house. The budget includes $383.4 million in General Fund appropriations and $1.41 billion across all city funds.
