Mike Ashley’s Frasers follows Hugo Boss bid with offer for Australia’s Accent
Mike Ashley’s Frasers Group has offered £166m to acquire 77.1% of Australian footwear company Accent Group, which it does not already own. The offer values each share at 65 Australian cents, matching its Friday closing price. Frasers currently owns 22.9% of Accent.
