Mike Ashley’s Frasers makes €1.98bn takeover offer for Hugo Boss

Mike Ashley’s retail group, Frasers, has launched a €1.98bn takeover offer for German luxury fashion brand Hugo Boss, seeking full control of the business it currently owns 26% of. The offer values the remainder of the company at €1.98bn (£1.73bn).
