Man found passed out in car with girlfriend’s body in Roseville convicted of her murder

Martin Yost was convicted of first-degree murder for beating his girlfriend Dhoua Lao to death. He was found passed out in his car with her body in Roseville, covered in blood. Lao, a 45-year-old mother of two, was assaulted in Detroit and transported to the location where she was discovered.
