Man allegedly killed girlfriend in Berkeley, stuffed her body in a suitcase

A Berkeley man was arrested and charged with murdering his girlfriend, whose body was found stuffed in a suitcase. The victim, Vanessa Sanchez, was discovered dead in her apartment on May 30, with signs of trauma, after her boyfriend, Damarcus Jones, was seen entering the unit with her days earlier.
