Gunmen shoot and kill Mexican journalist in the eastern state of Veracruz

Gunmen killed Mexican journalist Luis Ángel López Valdez in Veracruz, marking the second media worker murder in the state this year. López Valdez, a reporter for Vanguardia de Veracruz, was under state protection and specialized in police and security reporting.
