New Illinois law provides employees with job-protected leave when newborn is admitted to NICU
The Intensive Care Leave Act in Illinois provides eligible employees with up to 20 days of unpaid, job-protected leave when their child is admitted to a NICU, in addition to leave available under the FMLA.
