New Parents In California May Each Get An Extra Two Weeks Of Paid Leave

California is considering legislation to expand Paid Family Leave by two additional weeks per parent, allowing families a combined extra month to bond with newborns. This expansion would increase the total paid leave available to new parents in the state.
