Santiago Martin, his wife Leema Rose, and daughter Daisy have approached the Madras High Court against the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) action. The court, led by Chief Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari and Justice G. Arul Murugan, has issued a notice to the ED regarding 39 appeals seeking to challenge the attachment of properties worth ₹910.29 crore.
