Palestinian baby shot dead by Israeli troops in occupied West Bank

A seven-month-old Palestinian baby, Sam Fahd Abu Haikal, was critically injured and later died after Israeli troops fired on his family's car in Hebron's Tel Rumeida area. The soldiers opened fire despite the vehicle complying with an order to stop, injuring the child's parents as well.
