Federal grand jury indicts Jamestown man on narcotics conspiracy charge

A federal grand jury has indicted Joseph Fontanez Walker, 35, of Jamestown, NY, on a narcotics conspiracy charge. The charge carries a minimum 10-year prison sentence, a maximum life sentence, and a $10 million fine.
