Cytokinetics' drug Myqorzo met efficacy goals in a Phase 3 clinical trial for non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a genetic heart disease. The trial's success could expand treatment eligibility and boost peak sales to $5 billion annually. Myqorzo is already in commercial launch for a more severe form of the disease.
