Supreme Court to hear Catholic parish's challenge after Colorado barred schools from universal pre-K program

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a challenge by St. Mary Catholic Parish in Colorado, whose schools were excluded from the state's universal pre-K program that funds preschools, public or private. The case, St. Mary Catholic Parish v. Roy, is expected to have oral arguments this fall.
