Spencer Pratt's runner-up edge over Democrat Raman down to 1%, few thousand ballots
Spencer Pratt's lead over Nithya Raman in the Los Angeles mayoral runoff race narrowed to 1% with a few thousand ballots remaining to be counted. Karen Bass secured a runoff spot with 34.8% of the vote, while Pratt and Raman trailed with 27.3% and 26.2% respectively.
