US says it plans extra tariffs of 10% or more for most trading partners after forced labor probe

The U.S. plans to impose additional tariffs of 10% or more on most trading partners following a forced labor probe. The U.S. Trade Representative report names Canada, Mexico, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and other countries and territories as facing 10% tariffs.
