US says it plans extra tariffs of 10% or more for most trading partners after forced labor probe

The U.S. plans to impose additional tariffs of 10% or more on most trading partners following a forced labor probe. The U.S. Trade Representative's report identifies Canada, Mexico, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and other countries as facing 10% extra tariffs.
