US says it plans extra tariffs of 10% or more for most trading partners after forced labor probe

The Trump administration is proposing tariffs of 10% or more on products from major trading partners including Canada, Mexico, Taiwan, and the UK, and 12.5% on China, Japan, India, and others, citing failure to enforce forced labor import bans.
