Man charged with DUI in fatal Kennedy Expy. crash
Isaiah Olivas, 27, was charged with two counts of aggravated driving under the influence involving death after a March 15 crash on the Kennedy Expressway killed Rashad Dean and Nadinah Cunnings. Olivas collided with a broken-down sedan near Randolph Street, hospitalized himself and two other passengers, and turned himself in to police.
