Chicago man facing DUI charges after deadly crash into disabled vehicle on I-90

A Chicago man is facing felony DUI charges after a deadly crash on I-90 that killed two people. The incident occurred when Isaiah Olivas allegedly rear-ended a disabled Hyundai sedan, resulting in the deaths of Rashad Dean and Nadinah Cunnings. Olivas turned himself in and remains in custody.
