STAT+: Eli Lilly warns hospitals to submit claims data in the next five days or lose their 340B drug discounts
Eli Lilly has warned approximately 50 hospitals in the 340B drug discount program to submit claims data within five days to retain price breaks. The company aims to reduce duplicate discounts, but some large hospital systems have refused compliance despite follow-up letters. Up to 1,000 hospitals remain non-compliant.
