Four Russian satellites are now within striking distance of an ICEYE radarsat
Four Russian military satellites recently adjusted their orbits to align with a Finnish-American radar surveillance satellite, ICEYE, raising concerns about Russia's intentions. The satellites, launched on April 16 via a Soyuz-2.1b rocket from Plesetsk Cosmodrome, altered their orbital inclinations by less than a degree over the past week.
