'Whatever Russia is testing, it's sophisticated': 2 Russian satellites get within 10 feet of each other in orbit

Two Russian satellites, COSMOS 2560 and a trio including COSMOS 2581, 2582, and 2583, have demonstrated sophisticated orbital operations, with two satellites getting within 10 feet of each other in orbit. The COSMOS series was launched using an Angara rocket from Plesetsk Cosmodrome.
