Charles Joseph Ali of Rockville, Maryland, is charged with felony destruction of property after allegedly throwing a beer keg through the window of Georgetown Cupcake in Washington, D.C. His father turned him in after recognizing him from police-released surveillance footage. The bakery, known for its TV fame, reopened with a damaged window and reported psychological trauma to an employee.
